My Samsung POWERbot R9000 Keeps Showing Sensor Error Even After Cleaning

I bought the Samsung POWERbot R9000 robot vacuum around 9–10 months ago, expecting solid performance from a trusted brand. However, I’ve been repeatedly let down by a persistent sensor error that pops up constantly.

Despite cleaning the sensors thoroughly multiple times, the error keeps coming back, making it nearly impossible to complete a proper cleaning cycle. I followed every recommendation, reset the device, and made sure everything was in working order—but the issue won’t go away.

This kind of recurring problem should not exist in a product at this price level (₺), especially from a company like Samsung. I’m extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of a clear solution.
