My Samsung POWERbot Star Wars Vacuum Drops Dirt and Malfunctions While Cleaning

My spouse gifted me the Samsung POWERbot Star Wars Stormtrooper edition robot vacuum, and unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with its performance. From the very beginning, it had issues: it would pick up debris on hard floors, but then drop it when transitioning to carpet, defeating the whole purpose of cleaning.
Now, the situation has gotten worse. The vacuum has trouble running properly, making strange noises while operating. I previously sent it to Samsung service, but they told me nothing was wrong. If that’s the case, then why is it still making unusual sounds and releasing collected dirt mid-clean?
