My Samsung Jet Bot VR30T80313W Keeps Failing and Shows Offline After Repairs

I purchased the Samsung Jet Bot VR30T80313W/AA robot vacuum on January 8, and in just a short time, it has already been to service twice. It was returned two days ago, and now it’s malfunctioning again.

First, the LiDAR sensor got stuck and the robot stopped responding to commands. I had already tried resetting it multiple times myself, but when I took it to service, they simply performed a reset and handed it back. Within 10 days, it completely stopped working again, this time showing a "slope sensor error" and refusing to operate. The robot was sent in for repairs once more. Now, although the service claims it's been fixed, I still can’t use it. The robot finishes its mapping, goes to the dock, and then goes offline in the app—completely unusable again.
