I Can’t Find a Replacement Dustbin for My Samsung Jet VS9000 Vacuum

I Can’t Find a Replacement Dustbin for My Samsung Jet VS9000 Vacuum
13

I purchased the Samsung Jet VS9000 cordless vacuum about 3–4 years ago for nearly ₺1000 worth of value at the time, expecting a long-lasting, premium product. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. From day one, the plastic dustbin was extremely difficult to remove and reattach—it always felt like it would break. And now it finally did. The locking tabs (clips) snapped off, rendering the dustbin unusable.

The most frustrating part is that there’s absolutely no way to find a replacement part. I’ve contacted multiple authorized dealers and service centers, and they all told me the same thing: no stock, no support, and in some cases, they even admitted that parts for this model are practically impossible to obtain.

Even if the parts were available, the prices are shockingly high. But what’s worse is having no access to the parts at all. I’m left with a vacuum that I paid a premium price for, now sitting useless in my home just a few years later.
