Samsung 55Q60C TV Freezing Issue

As a loyal Samsung Smart TV user for 13 years, it never crossed my mind that upgrading to a new model could lead to such frustration. Last week, my family and I excitedly purchased the new Samsung 55Q60C model. However, our joy quickly turned into disappointment when we discovered a major flaw. While enjoying our favorite movies online, the TV began freezing after about an hour, leaving us stranded. Rebooting didn't help; the issue persisted. After investigating, we found similar complaints on Xolvie.

Upon contacting customer service, they confirmed our fears: the Samsung browser on the new TVs isn't optimized for extended online video streaming. They offered no solution, leaving us feeling utterly let down. Did anyone know about this before making a purchase?

We've invested ₺30,000, only to find that our TV can't perform one of its most basic functions. Now, I'm left with no choice but to seek resolution through the Consumer Arbitration Board. Sharing this experience in hopes of helping others navigate this disappointing situation.
