Samsonite Bag Discoloration Rejected As User Fault Under Warranty

I purchased a Samsonite shoulder bag from Venezia İstanbul in December 2025. Within approximately two months, without being exposed to rain and without any damage or misuse on my side, there was a clear discoloration on the logo and zipper area of the bag. Because I expected a higher quality and durability from a global brand like Samsonite, I sent the product in under warranty. However, the result came back as “consumer fault” without any explanation that made sense to me, even though I did not do anything in two months that could cause such a deformation. I request that this situation be reconsidered and that my consumer rights be taken into account, and I kindly ask for a refund of the product price or a product exchange in line with warranty conditions. I expect Samsonite to stand behind its product and to provide a clear and satisfactory solution to this problem as soon as possible.
