Salomon Shoes Started Peeling After Only Four Uses

On August 18, 2026, I purchased a pair of Salomon athletic shoes from the In Street store at Istanbul Cevahir Mall. Even though I have worn the shoes no more than four times in total, the paint on the toe area started peeling very quickly, and there is now significant and clearly visible wear.

I do not consider this level of deterioration after such a short period and such limited use to be normal wear and tear, and I believe the product does not meet reasonable quality standards. I went to the store and filed a complaint about the product. A case was opened, but I was later informed that my request had been denied because no manufacturing defect was found.

I request that these shoes, which have deteriorated so quickly, be evaluated as a defective product and replaced with a new pair. I ask that the matter be reviewed again and that an appropriate resolution be provided for the inconvenience I have experienced.
