I purchased a Salomon outdoor shoe from Zagna Outdoor 1.5 years ago. At the time of purchase, no information was given about the warranty period. Over time, the inner heel area of the shoe tore apart, despite moderate use. When I visited the store for assistance, I was told that the warranty had expired—something I was never informed about in the first place.
The lack of customer service was shocking. The store refused to take any responsibility for the product they sold and made zero effort to offer a solution. For a brand like Salomon, partnering with such an unreliable retailer damages its reputation. I will never shop at Zagna Outdoor again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
