Royal Match Banned My Device Over Something My Child Typed — Please Lift the Ban

I recently received a device ban on Royal Match, and I’m urgently asking for your help. I’ve put in so much effort, time, and energy to progress through levels, and now I’ve lost access because of something that wasn’t even my fault.

My young son got a hold of my phone and typed something into the game — but it wasn’t anything intentionally harmful or seriously inappropriate. It was clearly not done with any malicious intent. This wasn’t a conscious violation of the rules, and I’m devastated that all of my hard work might be gone because of a simple mistake.

I kindly ask Royal Match to review the situation and lift the ban. Please give me a second chance. I’d truly appreciate your understanding and support.
