My Royal Match account (username: Z****72) has been banned, and I’m kindly asking for your help to have the restriction lifted. I truly don’t know what I did wrong, and I’m very upset about losing access to a game I’ve enjoyed so much and spent so much time on.

I’m deeply attached to my account and the progress I’ve made. I’m not trying to cause trouble — I just want to continue playing the game I love. I would be so grateful if someone from the support team could take a closer look at my situation and help restore my account.

Please reconsider this ban. I’m sincerely requesting that my account be reactivated. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
