Rockstar Games Red Dead Redemption Stolen, No Help By the Owners

I have owned the game red dead redemption 2 for 3 years, my account was stolen and the link on epic games was linked to another account, when trying to log in to the game, verification goes to an e-mail address I do not know and I cannot open the game, the link on epic games needs to be reconnected with my e-mail address, epic games cannot do this, rockstar games does not help! What am I going to do in this situation, a game that is mine, which is my right, has been stolen and both officials who can support me in this matter say no. I am very upset and angry.
