I purchased GTA V specifically to enjoy its online gameplay. About two months ago, I downloaded the game, played it for a short time, then deleted it because I got bored. About a month later, I decided to reinstall it. While the story mode launches without any issues, GTA Online won’t open at all—neither from within the story mode nor directly from the launcher.
I’ve checked Rockstar Games Launcher, and Battleye is active as it should be, but still, I cannot access GTA Online. I’m beyond frustrated because the only reason I bought this game was for the online experience. It’s unacceptable that I paid for a feature I can’t use.
Rockstar, please fix this issue or guide me properly. I need to get access to the content I paid for, or I want a refund. This isn’t the experience I expected from such a major game publisher.
