I Lost Robux After Purchase on Roblox Despite Having Enough Balance

I recently bought ₺500 worth of Robux and had around 365 Robux left in my account. I then purchased an item that cost 250 Robux, which should have left me with over 100 Robux. However, to my surprise, my remaining balance suddenly dropped to 15 Robux. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue—it keeps happening, and I’m truly fed up.

I spend real money on Robux, but every time I use the app, something goes wrong and my Robux just disappear. It feels like my money is going to waste, and there’s no proper support to help recover the loss.

I’m asking Roblox to immediately restore the missing Robux to my account. This is a recurring issue that causes real frustration for paying users. If this continues, I’ll seriously consider stopping my purchases entirely. Please fix this and review your system to prevent more people from being affected like I was.
