I Can’t Log Into Roblox Studio Because Authenticator Codes Keep Getting Rejected

I’ve been unable to access Roblox Studio since last night due to an issue with two-step verification. I use the Authenticator app linked to Roblox’s settings, which generates a new code every 30 seconds. However, when I enter the correct code—it’s constantly rejected as “incorrect.”

I thought the issue might be with my device, so I tried logging in from my phone instead. I carefully entered my username and password, but again, the problem occurs at the two-step verification stage. The app says the code is wrong, no matter what I do. I even checked my email, hoping an alternate verification code might be sent—nothing there either.

I’ve already submitted a support ticket and am still waiting for help.

Roblox, please fix this login issue immediately. I’ve followed every step, used the right app, and now I’m locked out. Your verification system is broken, and it’s preventing users from accessing tools they rely on.
