Some time back, my Roblox account got hacked, and someone added a parental PIN to it. I reached out to Roblox regarding this matter, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved and unauthorized purchases have been made using my account. I kindly request the removal of the parental PIN from my account as soon as possible. Thanks a lot.
