I Face Hacked Roblox Account With Parental Control Lock and Lost Items

My Roblox account (username: b*)** was hacked about 7 hours ago, and since then I have completely lost access to its security features. Because my account is registered as under 13, the hacker activated parental control and added an unfamiliar parent email address (k*@gmail.com**) that does not belong to me. As a result, I cannot disable parental controls or secure my own account.

Previously, my registered email address was s*@gmail.com**, but it may have been changed without my consent. I tried resetting my password, but I still could not log back in. When I finally accessed the account briefly, I noticed that my character’s progress had been reset across multiple games and almost all of my valuable in-game items were transferred to another player.

I have always accessed Roblox only from Giresun, Turkey, using my personal phone and computer, and I never received any notification of a login from a different location. This clearly shows that my account was compromised.

I urgently request Roblox to remove the unauthorized parental account, restore my in-game items, and secure my account to prevent further damage. As a loyal player, I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
