While playing the game “Undertale Test Place Reborn” on the Roblox platform, I’ve been repeatedly subjected to toxic behavior from other players. Most recently, today (October 23, 2025), while playing under the username r*, another player mocked me, and I was unfairly banned for 3 days. It’s frustrating that toxic players are allowed to act freely on the platform, and despite submitting multiple reports, no action has been taken.
Additionally, I recently tried to purchase Robux using my bank card, but although the payment went through, the Robux were never credited to my account. I emailed Roblox customer support, but I only received an automated response, and my issue remains unresolved.
I request that my ban be lifted, that stronger measures be taken against toxic players, and that my Robux purchase issue be resolved. I’ve been facing similar problems for a long time, and each time I’m left frustrated. I now expect a fair and permanent solution.
I have been actively playing Roblox for about 5 years and my account named ripdoruk5 has been unfairly banned multiple times. Most recently, I was banned 3 days ago; shortly after my ban was lifted and I re-entered the game, I received a 7-day ban this time. I have experienced similar situations many times in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and I believe I have been unfairly penalized a total of 15-16 times.
In war games, I play normally and shoot my opponents. In one game, when another player killed someone I was about to kill, I just wrote “hey, don’t steal my kill.” Afterwards, the player I killed insulted my mother in a very harsh and uncensored way. I only wrote the same sentence back to him, and for that, I received a 7-day ban. While the person who insulted me received no punishment, I find it extremely unfair that I am penalized in this way.
I have reported players both in-game and through the system many times before. When cheaters are actually banned, I get a notification, but despite reporting many players who insult and swear, most of the time no action is taken. Yet, whenever I give even the slightest response, my account gets banned, which is not fair.
Also, about a year ago, even though I purchased Robux for my account, the Robux balance never appeared in my account. In fact, while my friend says he could buy Robux even during Roblox maintenance or downtime, I continue to be victimized because when I buy Robux, my money is withdrawn but the Robux never arrives in my account.
My request from Roblox is that all past penalties on my account named ripdoruk5 be thoroughly investigated, that the bans I believe were unfairly given be lifted or the penalties recorded on my account be corrected. I also request that more fair and equal sanctions be imposed against players who insult, and that the Robux transaction I purchased but never received be checked and either credited to my account or a refund be issued. If these issues are not resolved and my grievance continues, I want to state that I am seriously considering taking legal action together with my family.
