I play Roblox under the username C****, and on August 27, 2025, between 13:43–13:46, I was unfairly banned for one day while playing Murder Mystery 2. The reason stated was “harassment and bullying,” but I did not harass anyone or engage in inappropriate behavior. During a 5v5 Hotel mode match, I simply warned another player who was jumping around excessively. No insults or offensive remarks were made.
I believe the ban may have resulted from a misunderstanding, as one player in the room only spoke Spanish while most others, including myself, spoke Turkish. One of my teammates could not communicate in Spanish, which may have caused confusion that led to an unjust report against me.
To contest the decision, I reached out to Roblox support, but I was only directed to contact them via email. So far, no clear explanation or evidence has been provided to justify this ban. I did not make any in-game purchases during this period, nor did I suffer monetary loss, but the unfair penalty damaged my trust in the platform.
I expect Roblox to re-review my ban, confirm whether a genuine player report and real evidence exist, and not rely solely on automated moderation. Additionally, I request Roblox to improve its in-game translation tools to reduce misunderstandings between players who speak different languages. I want this unfair ban removed and steps taken to ensure similar situations do not happen again.
