Unfair Ban And Robux Purchase Issue In Roblox Undertale Test Place Reborn

While playing the game “Undertale Test Place Reborn” on the Roblox platform, I am constantly exposed to toxic behavior from other players. Today (October 23, 2025), while playing under the username “ripdoruk5,” I was mocked by another player and unfairly banned for three days. It deeply bothers me that such toxic players can act freely on the platform and that no action is taken despite my complaints. Additionally, I recently tried to purchase Robux using my bank card, but the transaction was declined. Although the money was withdrawn from my account, the Robux were not credited. I emailed customer service about the issue but only received an automated response, and no solution was provided. I request that my ban be lifted, stronger measures be taken against toxic players, and my Robux purchase issue be resolved. I have been facing similar problems for a long time and am repeatedly left at a loss. I now expect a fair and permanent solution.
