I Purchased 400 Robux on Roblox but Didn’t Receive Them



At 12:04 AM, I purchased 400 Robux on Roblox. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the Robux never appeared in my Roblox balance. I made the purchase through a web browser, and after doing some research, I found that many other users are experiencing the exact same issue.
I am extremely frustrated because I paid for a product that I did not receive. I urgently need assistance from a Roblox representative to either deliver the missing Robux or refund my money.
