I Face Unfair Ban on Roblox Account for Alleged Cheat Use Despite Playing Fair

My Roblox account (registered with k**********@gmail.com)** was unfairly banned about three days ago. The ban notice claimed it was due to “cheat usage” and “not using the latest version,” but this is completely untrue. I have never used cheats, and I was running the latest version of Roblox at the time. I have even spent Robux on my account in the past and never had any issues before this sudden ban.

Since the ban, I have been contacting Roblox customer support daily for the last three days. Unfortunately, each time I receive the same generic response: “we will get back to you,” without any real explanation or resolution. This repetitive delay feels like stalling rather than providing actual support. My account is not linked to any groups, private events, or external games, so there is no reason for it to be flagged.

I am requesting that my account be fully restored and this unfair ban be lifted immediately. I also want assurance that I will not face repeated bans or warnings in the future for reasons beyond my control. Roblox must review their moderation system and provide a clear explanation for this wrongful suspension. Players deserve transparency and timely support when their access is unfairly restricted.
