I Paid for Roamless Credit but Couldn’t Use It on My Trip to Georgia

On October 26th, I traveled to Batumi, Georgia, and loaded $20 (approximately 700₺) onto my Roamless account using my credit card. However, I was unable to use the balance during my trip. This was extremely frustrating, as I trusted Roamless to provide the connectivity I needed. Now, not only did I waste my money, but there’s no clear way to resolve this issue or request a refund. Roamless, I demand an immediate refund of the unused balance back to my credit card. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge you to take action to resolve this issue promptly. Customers deserve reliable service and proper support when problems arise. Please fix this now.
