I Got Locked Out of My Wild Rift Account After Refund Request
I’m seriously frustrated with how Riot Games is handling my Wild Rift account. After I submitted a refund request, my account was suddenly locked. Now I’m being told I have to make a payment to unlock it—but no one can explain where I’m supposed to send this payment or how the process works. There are no clear instructions, no support, and no communication.
This whole situation feels like a punishment just for trying to get a refund. I didn’t receive any warnings, and now my account is completely inaccessible. I’ve spent a lot of time and ₺ on this game, and it’s not okay to lock people out without giving them a proper path to resolve the issue.
I’ve reached out to support but haven’t gotten any helpful responses. Riot, I need you to clearly tell me what amount I need to pay, how to pay it, and who to contact so I can get my account back. This is urgent—please stop ignoring your players and fix this mess.
