Unable to Access Riot Account Due to Two-Factor Authentication and Email Issues
I’m experiencing significant difficulties accessing my Riot account after enabling two-factor authentication. When I tried to log in again, it asked for a code sent to my email, but I never received the email. I contacted support, and they changed my email address, stating that I would receive a password reset email at the new address. However, that email never arrived. I then tried to manually request a password reset, but no emails were sent to either my old or new email address.
When I attempt to log in with my old password, I receive an error saying that the username and password don’t match. I’m no longer receiving any emails from Riot, regardless of which email address I use. Please provide a proper solution. At the very least, restore my old password and disable two-factor authentication so I can regain access to my account.
