My Riot Games LoL Account is Hacked, I Can't Change Password

I forgot my League of Legends account's email password, and now I cannot change my account password at all! Even as I'm writing this, I can see unknown individuals regularly logging in and out of my account. This is a complete security nightmare.

I've created countless support tickets and used the account recovery tool countless times, but Riot Games has provided absolutely no response or assistance. It's infuriating to be ignored while my account is actively being compromised.

My only request is for a quick and prompt resolution to my problem. Send me a link to change my email address and update it so I can reset my password and secure my account.
