I have been playing League of Legends for 8 years, and I have always logged into my account using the verification code sent to my email. However, for the past month, I have been unable to log in because the verification code email never arrives. I still have full access to my email, and I know my username and password, so there is no reason I shouldn’t be able to log in.
I contacted Riot Games support expecting help, but instead of addressing the issue directly, they kept asking me to answer old account security questions about events from years ago. My email address has never changed since the account was created, so this verification step should be straightforward.
All I need is for Riot Games to restore the previous process and send the verification code to my email as before so I can log into my account. This is urgent, as I cannot access my account at all without it, and the lack of timely support is unacceptable.
