I Can’t Change My League of Legends Name Because Riot’s Verification Email Never Arrives

I’ve been trying to change my in-game name in League of Legends, but Riot’s account system is making it impossible. To change my name, I need to log into the Riot Games website and verify my account via a code sent to my Gmail. The problem is—the code never arrives. Not once.

I’ve clicked “resend code” multiple times, but nothing changes. I’ve checked my spam, promotions, and every folder—there’s no email. Because of this, I’m completely stuck and unable to make a simple name change. It’s frustrating that something so basic is broken, and there’s no real-time support to help resolve it.

Riot Games, please fix your verification email system and provide a solution for players like me who are locked out of features due to these errors. I’m just trying to change my name, and this shouldn’t be so difficult.
