Riot Games Ignores Support Requests After Permanent Valorant Ban

I have been playing Valorant for approximately four years and have spent a total of about $160 on the game. About six months ago, my account was permanently banned even though I did not use cheats, violate any rules, or engage in any inappropriate behavior. I was not given a clear or satisfactory explanation for the ban, and I currently have absolutely no access to my account.

My Riot ID is listed as “şi****sy.” After the ban, I tried to contact Riot Games Support multiple times, but I never received any response. I was not given a ticket number or any confirmation that my requests were even recorded. I have suddenly lost both an account I invested years of effort into and a significant amount of money, and throughout this process I feel completely ignored and wronged.

To resolve this issue, I request that my account be reviewed again and that the permanent ban—which I believe was unfair—be lifted. If this is not considered possible, I request a refund of the approximately $160 I spent on the game. I ask for a clear and transparent explanation and would like to finally be able to reach someone who will properly address this matter.
