I Got Suspended from Wild Rift After Requesting a Refund for Double Mobile Charges
Riot Games, I need help urgently. On May 3rd at 6:50 AM, I bought Wild Cores through mobile payment, but the transaction failed due to insufficient balance. Later, I added my credit card, and on May 19th, the charge finally went through—along with several others that hit my card all at once. I’ve attached proof showing these unexpected charges.
Naturally, I requested a refund for the extra charges on May 19th. Instead of getting proper support, Riot suspended my account due to a “chargeback.” This is completely unfair. I didn’t do anything wrong—I just asked for a refund for duplicate payments. Now I can’t access my account at all, even though I’ve already spent a lot of money (₺) on the game.
This is not how you treat your players. I followed the rules and reached out respectfully, yet I’ve been locked out with no clear path to fix it. Riot, please review my case, lift the suspension, and give me back access to my account. I expect better treatment and a proper resolution.
