Rinse Ruined My Silk Blouse and Returned Dry Clean Only Items Washed

Over the past six months, I have given Rinse several tries expecting for improvement. Sadly, the calibre of their work has always failed me down. On more than one occasion, products labelled "dry clean only" came back clearly washed, with apparent shrinking and discolouration. I have had wash and fold orders returned remaining soiled. To exacerbate the situation, my pricey silk garment was returned crumpled and with little holes where they had botched attachment of tags. I have spent more than $800 with them, but the continual damage to expensive garments is intolerable. If I find myself in a problem, I might turn to Rinse; but, I am unable to suggest them to others.
