Laundryheap Delayed My Standard Wash By 2 Days Without Prior Notice

With Laundryheap, I arranged a pick-up and delivery expecting my laundry to be returned within the stated 24-hour period. But I was told my laundry wouldn't be delivered for another two days just 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery window, so it would be delivered Wednesday to Friday. It was a basic wash and fold service; nothing particularly unique or difficult. I got no previous notice, no justification, and no other way to get it faster. When I got in touch with their customer service, they gave me evasive, useless answers and a meagre discount on my next purchase—which hardly started to offset the hassle. Their "24-hour turnaround" is untrue, hence I will not be using their service once again.
