Laundryheap Shrunk My Clothes and Ruined My Favorite Size 6 Skirt

First-time Laundryheap user here finds the service to be somewhat unsatisfactory. They wrecked a lot of my clothing entirely. My clothes seemed strangely tight at first, so I assumed maybe I had gained weight; but, after looking through my wardrobe, I discovered several of the things I washed had actually shrunk. Originally a beautiful size 6, one of my favourite skirts is now so small that it is absolutely unworkable. That something I liked is now destroyed greatly bothers me. Fortunately, I knew to segregate my whites from the colors—those were the only things that stayed unbroken. I won't be using a laundry service going forward; overall, I expected far better treatment from them.
