Rimmel London Lasting Provocalips Lipstick Color Does Not Match Shade Shown

I have now purchased the Rimmel London Lasting Provocalips lipstick for the third time, and each time I was left disappointed. The product never matches the shade shown on the packaging or in advertisements.

The stores do not provide testers and do not allow customers to check the color before buying. As a result, I ended up with completely different shades than expected every time. While I admit that the lasting power of the lipstick is excellent, the color issue makes it useless—no one wants to pay that much money and end up with a dark purple shade they never intended to buy.

I will also be adding photos for proof, but I strongly request that Rimmel London and the retailers take this issue seriously. Customers should be able to see or test the true color before making a purchase. At the very least, an option for exchange or refund should be provided when the shade is completely misleading.
