Retake App Subscription Paid but Not Working or Activating

On February 15, 2026, I purchased a 1-week subscription from the Retake application and paid approximately $10–$12. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, I have not been able to use the application at all.

When I open the app and upload around 10 images, the process never completes and remains stuck on the same screen for hours. Additionally, when I try to access the Pro section, I continuously receive errors, and it behaves as if my subscription is not active.

Since the day I made the purchase, I have not been able to benefit from the service in any way. This means I paid for a service that was never delivered.

I request that my subscription be properly activated so I can use the service without issues. Furthermore, I expect fair compensation for the time I lost due to not being able to use the app at all during my paid subscription period.
