Retake App Charging Weekly Without Subscription or Usage

I downloaded the Retake application on my phone, but due to its high price, I did not use it at all and even deleted it without using the 1-week free trial. Despite deleting the app and believing that I had not started any subscription, I later discovered that weekly charges of approximately $13–$15 were being billed to my mobile line.
I noticed that these charges were applied consecutively on March 7, 14, and 21. I did not give any approval, did not actively use the app, and was under the impression that no subscription had been created. I do not accept being charged regularly for an application I neither used nor knowingly subscribed to.
I request that Retake immediately refund all unauthorized charges that were billed through my mobile line and fully cancel any active subscription associated with my account.
Additionally, I ask for written confirmation regarding the process and assurance that such an issue will not occur again in the future.
