Retake App Charged Me After Free Trial – Refund Request
I signed up for the 7-day free trial on the Retake app, but it attempted to charge me even though there were no funds in my account at that time. Now that I have a balance, I see that it is attempting to withdraw payment for a service I did not use.
I only tested the app once and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription. However, it keeps trying to charge me weekly, despite my not using the service. I want this subscription canceled immediately and a full refund issued. Retake, please fix this issue! I should not be forced to pay for something I did not actively subscribe to after the trial period.
