Retake Blocked My Access After an Unwanted Subscription
A subscription was accidentally activated on Retake. Since my card is not registered, no payment was taken, but the system still appears to expect a payment from me. As a result, I’m unable to download the app or access my account. The Retake app does not allow me to cancel the transaction or reverse the subscription. This situation happened beyond my control, and I haven’t used any of the services. I kindly request the complete cancellation of the transaction and the removal of any outstanding charges, if applicable.
