Resumaker.ai Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I created an account and subscription on Resumaker.ai and at first I was charged only RM 3.90, which I paid from my bank account. I believed this was a small subscription and I was not clearly informed or aware that a much higher amount would be taken later. After some time, I discovered that on 4 December 2025 an additional RM 99.00 was withdrawn from my bank account by Resumaker.ai without my clear consent or expectation. This was all the money I had at that time, and I was extremely disappointed and upset, even to the point of crying, because this amount is very important for me. I request a full refund of the RM 99.00 that was taken from my account and the cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account so that no further charges are made without my clear approval. I kindly ask for this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
