Resumaker.ai Hidden Subscription Fee Refund Request

I recently used the Resumaker AI service in Barcelona to download one CV, for which I knowingly made a one‑time payment. Around 14 days after creating my account, I was unexpectedly charged 98 PLN from my debit card, even though I had not knowingly subscribed to any recurring service, and the information about a subscription after 14 days was not clearly visible on the payment page. When I logged into my account to cancel any possible subscription, I received a message stating that my account does not have an active subscription. Despite this, the 98 PLN was still taken from my debit card, and I have no clarity in the system about what kind of subscription is allegedly active or how to manage it. In this situation, I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may be linked to my account, a full refund of the 98 PLN that was charged today, and written confirmation that my personal data, including my debit card details, have been completely removed from your systems. I expect a clear explanation of how this charge was applied despite the lack of visible active subscription information in my account.
