I Face Unauthorized Subscription Charges from Resumaker.ai

My son paid a ₺30 fee on the website to create a résumé. However, without any prior notice or consent, he was automatically subscribed, and an additional ₺386.40 was withdrawn from his bank account. No information was provided about what kind of subscription this payment was for. It makes no sense to charge an ongoing subscription when the initial service fee was already paid.

I plan to take legal action and file a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office. How can someone be subscribed and charged such a large amount without any approval or request? I will pursue this matter to the end — they will either refund the money or face legal proceedings. I demand that my son’s money be refunded immediately.
