Renault Service Deception and Escalating Prices

When I went to the Usak Ciftcioglu Renault service center on June 20, I was told that the annual maintenance fee would be 2,900 TL. They set up a meeting for June 22nd. But when I got there for the appointment, they said the price had gone up to 3,900 TL and wanted an extra 1,000 TL. I was surprised because I had already set up the meeting. The warranty on my car was used to explain why the price was so high. It's disappointing to work for a company that is so careless. This is my third Renault car, and even though we continue to trust Renault, service centers like this make us doubt their reliability. It's really a disappointment.
