Renault Clio Touch 1.0 TCe X-Tronic Service Failures

I have a Renault Clio Touch 1.0 TCe X-Tronic 90 hp, and a couple of weeks back, we noticed a little squeak coming from the front right brakes. At first, things were under control, but then the racket got worse in no time, sounding like a harsh grinding noise. On March 5, 2024, I made an appointment for service at the Sarıyer (İstinye) branch through the Renault website because it was the only choice I had. But as the racket got louder, I quickly asked for an earlier appointment, worried about more harm. Even though I had my worries, Renault went ahead and set up the appointment for March 13, brushing off any sense of urgency and assuring me that it's covered by warranty. On the morning of March 13, as I started my day, one of the brake pads suddenly gave way and dropped to the ground. I had to go to the İstinye service center and Pekcan Karaman told me that the brake pads and discs were damaged and not covered by warranty. He kept insisting on replacing the brake caliper, which ended up costing a total of ₺16,500. According to him, if I had come last week, the damage would have been minimal. I voiced my concerns, pointing out that I had previously asked for an appointment at an earlier time and had been given false assurances about warranty coverage. In response, Pekcan coldly stated that they weren't required to offer an earlier appointment and recommended looking for service elsewhere. So, I ended up shelling out ₺16,500 for the repairs, which was a real bummer. Considering the limited options for early appointments despite multiple requests, insufficient communication regarding potential risks, and inaccurate portrayal of warranty coverage, I insist on being reimbursed for the expenses I have incurred. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to end my relationship with Renault, which means I will not be making any future purchases.
