Renault Duster Adaptive Cruise Control Update Promised But Not Delivered

I purchased my Renault Duster approximately 15 months ago with the information and assurance that an adaptive cruise control software update would be provided in 2025. This promise was one of the important reasons for my preference for this vehicle. Despite this clear verbal commitment, the adaptive cruise control update has still not been delivered. When I contacted Renault regarding the situation, I was again told that it would be done within 2025, but no concrete step, date or clear explanation has been shared with me so far. This creates a serious loss of trust, as the feature promised at the time of purchase has not been fulfilled. I request that the adaptive cruise control update for my Renault Duster be provided as soon as possible. If this update will not be delivered, I expect the vehicle to be taken back and my victimization to be resolved in a way that will not cause me any financial loss. I kindly request Renault to urgently clarify this situation and present a definitive solution.
