Renault Authorized Service Center - Problem With Wrong Workmanship

I had a routine oil change performed on my Renault Clio at Renault Mais authorized service Karabük Elif Oto on 17 December 2025. During this process, the oil drain plug was tightened incorrectly, which later caused serious problems in my vehicle. While driving, both the oil warning light and the brake warning light started coming on and off simultaneously, especially when cornering. After these warnings, detailed checks were carried out and a carbon test confirmed that an oil leak had started on the vehicle. In addition, the compression test values demonstrated a significant decrease in the engine performance, as also seen on the attached Motometer measurement card and supported by the video recording I have added. Due to the incorrect intervention during the service, my vehicle has suffered mechanical damage and its performance has clearly decreased. I request that my Renault Clio be fully restored to its original condition before the leak and performance loss, that all necessary repairs and part changes be carried out at no cost to me, and that every expense arising from this fault be covered by Renault Mais.
