2015 Renault Clio engine failure

I'm contacting the most authorized person here about a problem with my 2015 Renault Clio 16 ALP 293. I've been doing regular maintenance at a Renault authorized service every year, and had a heavy maintenance (trigger, etc.) done at the last 67,000 km before the year was up. Due to an oil dripping issue, I recently took my car to a Bursa Mais authorized service. The car has 74,000 km on it now, and I'm not sure why this engine failure occurred, given that I've been taking it in for regular maintenance every year. It doesn't seem right for a large company like Renault to have these kinds of issues, and I expect them to accept responsibility for the maintenance they've performed. Otherwise, I will have to take this matter to court.
