Omegle Gave Me a 30-Day Ban Despite Showing Only a Black Screen

I had been using the Omegle platform on my iPhone at my home in Trabzon for more than two months. During the first two months, I had no problems, but afterward I began receiving consecutive bans for completely unfair and seemingly baseless reasons. I have now been banned a total of four times.

In my previous bans, I was suddenly banned even though my face was visible and I had not violated any rules. Today, however, I was banned again for 30 days even though the screen was showing nothing but a black screen and I still had not violated any rules. I am also very frustrated that the app offers an option to “pay to remove the ban.”

I have been seriously inconvenienced by being repeatedly banned even though I have not violated any rules. I request that the current 30-day ban on my account be removed immediately and that my account be restored so I can use the platform normally again.
