Omegle Wrongfully Banned Me Even Though I’m an Adult

Yesterday, when I tried to access the Omegle app, I was presented with a warning stating that my account had been banned because of an age restriction. However, this was the result of an incorrect assessment. My nephew took my phone without my permission and was using it, then accessed Omegle. The ban warning appeared while he was using the app, and he then brought the phone back to me.

I am an adult, and I meet Omegle’s age requirements. Despite this, my account or access through my phone has been permanently blocked by the system on the grounds that my age does not match the requirements. I believe this restriction was incorrectly applied based on my device or account.

I request that Omegle review and remove this age restriction ban, which was unfairly applied even though I am an adult, and restore my access to the platform. I respectfully ask that this incorrect decision be reconsidered and that access to my account be restored.
