Remitly Transfer Lost - Missing Funds

My brother sent money to my account on September 9, 2025, and since then, I’ve checked with my bank more than four times, but they keep telling me they can’t see the money. Today is October 13, 2025, and I still haven’t received it. Remitly keeps saying the money was successfully sent, but the bank insists there’s no record of it. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do to get my money, and this situation has become very stressful and confusing.
