Remitly Failed to Deliver Payment to My Friend After Promises and Delays
On 03/09/2024, I sent money to a friend using the Remitly app. I was notified that the funds would be deposited into the recipient's account by 03/11/2024. However, even after 5 days had passed, the money still had not arrived.
They kept stalling me with different promises. Despite me expressing my grievance, they said the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, they said the last 24 hours. But it was the same runaround.
