Remini Charged Me After Canceling Free Trial

I tried the Remini free trial, and despite canceling it, the app kept charging me repeatedly. My Apple billing statement shows unauthorized charges, and my phone bill increased by 1000-1500₺ over two months.

I contacted Turk Telekom twice, and they confirmed that these payments were deducted without my knowledge. I never authorized these charges, yet they were added directly to my bill. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive.

I demand a full refund for the unauthorized transactions and a permanent cancellation of any subscription linked to my number. Remini needs to resolve this issue immediately and prevent similar unauthorized charges from affecting other users.
